The shameless star has now been pictured without her underwear a staggering three times.
Britney arranged a court date to secure overnight visits with her kids Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, and luckily her ex Kevin Federline gave her a chance and allowed her one visit per week.
Britney, 25, rolled up to Los Angeles Superior Court at 1.30pm in a white Mercedes, wearing sunglasses and sipping a can of Coke. She was sworn in and allowed to keep her glasses on for the closed court session as she has conjunctivitis.
A court spokesman said later that when Britney spoke to the judge she was “soft and respectful”. But a website claimed her voice was “laced with disdain”.
One of her lawyers, Sorrell Trope, said after the hearing: “I consider this a very positive sign. I remain absolutely optimistic my client will eventually regain 50-50 custody.”
Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said K-Fed had objected to Spears’ mum Lynne — estranged from her daughter for months until last weekend — being supervisor on night visits.
He said it would be “an inherent conflict of interests”.
He added: “Kevin agreed he’d allow additional time to be expanded into the order, provided the kids were properly protected.”
K-Fed, 29, and Spears are due back in court on October 26. She will now be allowed to have Sean Preston and Jayden overnight once a week, with a monitor, although both sides have yet to agree on who the monitor will be.
Britney also failed to show up for auditions for her new video and tour getting her new assistant to call Millennium Dance Studio in North Hollywood and ditch a troupe of 50 dancers.
