Creative Head Nikhil Chinapa (a VJ on MTV India), has no doubt that the party will be a milestone for India's profile on the international music scene. "One of the major tasks that I had to complete was the extremely difficult one of choosing the line-up for Sunburn from the vast and extremely talented potpourri of DJs around the world.
But at the same time it's a thrill to get a chance to book my favorite DJs and it was an even greater kick that I could share their music with my friends in India," Nikhil said.
The line up of world class DJs for this two day carnival is large and further opens the door to future festival promoters in India. Unlike the regular raves of Goa that are mainly based around psychedelic trance, Sunburn showcases an array of diverse musical sensibilities; with the brutality of techno, to the funk of house and the ecstasy of trance.
