Snoop Dogg in Dispute over £1 million
Snoop Dogg
Snoop Dogg has been told to settle his disagreement with former label Priority Records or face heading to court.

The rapper is in dispute with the label over £1 million's worth of royalties he claims he is owed, as well as a £475,000 advance for his 2000 album ‘Tha Last Meal’, not to mention the Greatest Hits collection he says was released two years ago without his consent.

Whilst both parties are said to be close to reaching an agreement following the 2006 suit Snoop filed against Priority, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge told them at a hearing on Thursday they have until 26 March to settle, or they must go to trial.

Snoop - real name Calvin Broadus - is now kicking it on Geffen/Interscope Records.
