The pop star has reportedly already spent approximately $1 million on legal fees in her child custody case, and is objecting to having to pay another half-million dollars to Federline's lawyers. Phillips also said Federline has the money to pay his lawyers himself, citing excessive personal spending by him. She said he recently had a $365 check at a restaurant and gave the waiter a $2,000 tip. She added that Federline can afford to pay his own legal fees.
