| Kanye West Sued Over Stealing 'Good Life' Song |

Created On: Thursday, 27 March 2008 Hits: 29  Kanye West Dayna ‘D’Mystro’ Staggs is suing West alongside his record label G.O.O.D and Jay-Z’s label Roc-A-Fella for copyright infringement. The papers submitted to the Maryland District Court say West did not obtain Staggs’ permission to use a sample of his track ‘Volume’. Story continues below:
Staggs also objects to the "vulgar and offensive" images associated with the song which he says damages the reputation of his own track.
