Created On: Tuesday, 15 April 2008 Hits: 38  Bon Jovi California police are recommending that Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora be charged with child endangerment. The recommendation stems from Sambora's arrest in Laguna Beach on March 25 for alleged drunk driving. When he was pulled over, his 10-year-old daughter, Ava, was reportedly in the car, along with another young girl. The decision will ultimately be left up to the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Sambora is currently touring the US with Bon Jovi. He is due to appear in court for his arraignment May 7.
