Created On: Thursday, 01 May 2008 Hits: 39 ![]() Arctic Monkeys The Sheffield group, Arctic Monkeys will go head-to-head with Led Zeppelin in the Live category, after the veteran group picked up a nomination for their reunion show last December. Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner also received two nominations for his new side project, The Last Shadow Puppets, which features Miles Kane. Other nominees in the Breakthrough category include Foals and Duffy, who also picked up a nod for her number one single ‘Mercy’. Radiohead only picked up one nomination for their latest album ‘In Rainbows’, which was nominated for Best Album. The awards will be handed out a ceremony in London on June 16th.
