Beck Rush to Release New Album in 6 Weeks

Beck is rumoured to be rush-releasing his new album in a similar style to The Raconteurs who brought out their last album just weeks after recording it. MTV News reports the follow-up to 2006's 'The Information' is due in the next 4-6 weeks. :: story continues below :: Danger Mouse is said to have produced the record, and Cat Power will make a guest appearance on the album. Beck is set to play the O2 Wireless Festival in London on July 4 plus two warm up shows in Southampton and Manchester.
