Created On: Tuesday, 06 May 2008 Hits: 35 ![]() Foxy Brown The rapper was supposedly due in court in Brooklyn to face charges after allegedly assaulting her neighbour with a BlackBerry device last year. As previously reported, Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was not present for a scheduled hearing in Brooklyn Supreme Court yesterday morning, resulting in Judge John Walsh issuing a bench warrant for the MIA rapper. Having realised the mistake, the warrant was recalled and Brown’s scheduled appearance is now May 8, says TMZ. According to other reports, Brown is supposedly also due in court in Florida on the same day to face charges of assaulting an employee at a beauty store last year. The rapper was released from Riker’s Island prison on April 18 after serving eight months of a one-year sentence for violation probation for assault. |
