Created On: Wednesday, 07 May 2008 Hits: 15  Britney Spears The pop star's ex-husband Kevin Federline has had full custody of their sons since January, when Spears was taken by police to UCLA Medical Center after she refused to relinquish one of the boys to Federline's bodyguard. yesterday, Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said that the longer visits are "recognition of the progress that has been made, a progress in structure and stability." Both Spears and Federline were present in court today. Spears was dressed conservatively in a brown polka-dot dress and white sweater, while Federline wore a beige pinstriped suit. Spears has recently been under under conservatorship of her father, who has been in charge of her personal and financial affairs under a court order issued earlier this year. Since then, she has reportedly cleaned up her act and maintained a lower public profile than in previous months. Share this article to:
