Over the course of its existence, Planet Delsin has become a household name for quality house and techno sounds with the likes of Laurent Garnier, Carl Craig and Joris Voorn having all performed at earlier editions.
This one promises to become another exciting one as none other than Detroit allstar Derrick May will unleash his melodic techno vibes upon the crowd.
Derrick May is widely regarded one of the godfathers of techno and electronic dance music in general. In the early '80s Derrick made quite a name for himself as a member of the notorious 'Belleville Three', along with fellow tech-heads Juan Atkins and Kevin Saunderson.
His 1987 track 'Nude Photo' kickstarted Detroit techno, after which he shot to fame with the release of the timeless 'Strings Of Life'. Nowadays May can be seen gigging around the world with his Hi-Tech Soul nights, exposing his sound to the best clubs and festivals the world over.
Warming up for this legend is rising star Tim Nieburg. With his distinctive sounds of deep house combined with dub and detroit techno, Tim has already performed at many events.
He was even invited by Dave Clarke to spin at one of his Dave Clarke Invites events during the Amsterdam Dance Event last year.
