The singer will perform at the 46664 Concert in Hyde Park on June 27, which will mark the former South African President's 90th birthday.
Queen, Annie Lennox, Simple Minds and Leona Lewis are among the other acts performing.
In addition to stars from the music world, President Bill Clinton, Oprah Winfrey, Robert De Niro, Forest Whitaker and Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton are all expected to attend.
The event will be hosted by Hollywood actor and TV star Will Smith.
Tickets for the concert, which will take place in Hyde Park on June 27th, are only available via a ballot.
