Wayne have kicked off the outing yesterday (May 30) in Providence, RI. Several of the appearances on the 11-city swing will come as part of multiple-act radio station festivals, with Lil Wayne grabbing the top billing.
The rapper will be backing the highly anticipated "Tha Carter III," which is due in stores June 10.
The third and final album in the so-called "Tha Carter" trilogy, the disc boasts an impressive lineup of guest contributors and individual track producers, including Kanye West, The Alchemist, Cool & Dre and others.
