Bob Dylan will launch the trek with an Aug. 10 appearance at Pittsburgh's New American Music Union festival, which also counts The Raconteurs, The Black Keys, Gnarls Barkley, The Roots and Spoon among its featured talent.
Dylan's first headlining date on the US run comes Aug. 13 in Brooklyn, NY. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will spend most of June and July canvassing Europe with his band.
