Phil Spector A Los Angeles hotel is suing Phil Spector, his wife and agent for failing to pay more than $100,000 in accommodations for lawyers and expert witnesses in his murder trial.
In court papers filed Wednesday (June 18), the Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites allege the defendants agreed in a written contract to reserve rooms for the duration of the trial.
The lawsuit claims that by the time Spector's trial ended with a hung jury in September, the defendants owed the hotel more than $104,000.
