Britney Spears, who hasn't had her children spend the night in her home since January, reportedly appeared Tuesday (June 24) in a LA Superior Courtroom.
With her parenting coach at her side, spokesperson Allan Parachini confirmed. Parachini said Spears' demeanor before the court commissioner was "businesslike."
Spears and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, face a custody trial in August, unless they can settle their case amicably out of court. Their next hearing is scheduled for July 15.
Britney Spears is currently recording a new studio album with producer Jim Beanz.
Beanz, who has also co-written with the star in the past, said that the singer was blocking out her much publicised private life.
