Kid Rock Returns from Europe, Announce North American Tour

Contributed By: Sybru Created On: Monday, 30 June 2008 Hits: 140 Kid Rock The Detroit rap-rocker has sprinkled more shows onto his "Rock and Roll Revival Tour," which now stretches into mid-September. Kid Rock, who recently returned from Europe, will start his next round of dates--a seven-show Canadian run--July 5 in Victoria, British Columbia. He'll wrap the month with a three-night stand on his home turf before moving into August, when he'll join Lynyrd Skynyrd for the nine-city "Rock and Rebels Tour." Since last check, Rock has added nine US shows to his schedule, the majority of which intermingle with the Skynyrd dates. Rock has been on the road since January, heading up his "Rock and Roll Revival Tour," a revue-style outing that has featured the bad-boy rocker and his Twisted Brown Trucker Band playing a medley of hits with guests including Run D.M.C.'s Reverend Run, former Allman Brothers Band guitarist Dickey Betts and J. Giles Band frontman Peter Wolf.
