Amy Winehouse's Husband Pictured Accused of Taking Heroin

Amy Winehouse's husband has been photographed allegedly taking heroin in prison.

Pictures in today's Sun appear to show Blake Fielder-Civil, who is currently awaiting sentence, 'chasing the dragon' in his Pentonville prison cell.

It's claimed that the photos were taken shortly before Winehouse appeared at the Nelson Mandela concert in Hyde Park last month, where she performed with a heart-shaped hairpiece that said 'Blake'.

Speaking to the newspaper, a prison source said: "Blake takes heroin whenever he can get hold of it. His claims to be clean are a fallacy and it is obvious he remains dependent.

"There is nothing to suggest he won't carry on when he's outside and back with Amy. If she takes him back into her life when she is trying to get clean it will be a recipe for disaster."

Fielder-Civil pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice charges last month. He is due to be sentenced this month.

The singer reportedly called for her husband to be released at the gigs.

As well as claiming he was clean, the paper reports Fielder-Civil has been sending sexual letters to a fellow convict, one of which states that Winehouse would be up for a threesome.

After pleading guilty to his charges, Fielder-Civil is set to be sentenced this Thursday (July 10).
