ABBA ABBA's Bjorn Ulvaeus has revealed that his memory is so bad he can't recall much of his career in the Swedish pop sensations – including their 1974 Eurovision Song Contest win.
ABBA won the contest, held in Brighton, with the prestigious song title in 1974 of their cult pop classic 'Waterloo'.
Despite the win being a huge milestone in his career, Ulvaeus told the Daily Mirror he has no recollection of it ever taking place.
"It's unbelievable but I do not remember standing on the stage," he told the newspaper.
"It's like I was not even there. People ask me if I am going to write my memoirs but, even if I wanted to, I would not be able."
All four members of ABBA recently appeared together to coincide with the release of Mama Mia, a film version of the popular stage musical, but denied that there was any possibility of a reunion.
