Matter Announces The First Six Weeks Line-Ups |

The Friday night will be the club's 'Live Launch' with James Lavelle and Pablo Clements (aka UNKLE) performing, while the following Saturday 20th September sees Carl Cox headline the venue's 'Club Launch'.
matter has announced the first six weeks of its programming - a selection which shows clearly what the new venue will be about i.e. the kind of acts that need a huge venue with up-to-the-minute sound and visual capabilities.
Late of the Pier and Iglu & Hartley - who join in the inaugural Friday's live show and Mylo, who DJs alongside the band Reverend & The Makers on Tuesday 26th September. Sasha plays at a Renaissance party on Saturday 27th September, making it two 'superstar DJs' in one month, a coup in anyone's eyes.
Still, there's a healthy amount of cross-pollination of the genres going on with these line-ups. Coxy's got the mash-up crazy Skull Juice duo and Nightmoves rocking Room 2 whilst Sasha next week has got Micky Slim doing the same thing.
On the 27th the second room, the CR2 Live 7 Direct crew all night, with fellow guests Mark Brown, Steve Mac and Arno Cost doing the business until 7am. Meanwhile, the man like... himself is supported by Sophie Oliver and Marcus James in the main room.
October sees Digweed join the party on Friday 10th October, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of his Bedrock imprint with an all-night session. But things get even bigger when alternative electronica promoters Deadly People take over the venue for their This Is Not London parties throughout the month.
The highlights of these for us must be the opener with Simian Mobile Disco on Friday 3rd October and especially the Friday 24th August event - which brings the entire DFA Records crew to London for the night!
