Keane will headline the London Koko venue on October 23, according to Bbc.co.uk/electricproms.
Chaka Khan will play at London Dingwalls on October 22.
Other acts already confirmed to play shows in London include The Streets, Wild Beasts and XX Teens.
The shows are set to be broadcast on BBC radio and TV channels.
It will be the first time that Liverpool has played host to the event and coincides with the city's reign as the European Capital of Culture 2008.
In total, over 80 artists will perform during the festival, with further headline performances being announced later today.
Tickets are go on sale on September 17th at 10 a.m.
