50 Cent: 'Eminem is working on new album'

Speaking to BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat, 50 Cent said Eminem was planning to return from his musical hiatus soon. "You'll be seeing him shortly. He's working. I spent the weekend at his house. Even though he tries to relax and stay home it's impossible for him to stay in," 50 declared. 50 Cent suggested, however, that Eminem was not happy with much of the new material he's recorded recently. "A lot of material he wrote prior to this is being scrapped. He's got to feel like it's just happened, it's new and it's current. That's just how he is creatively as an artist." The Detriot rapper hasn't released an album since 2004's 'Encore'.
