 Jonny Greenwood Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood and former 10,000 Things frontman Sam Riley were both awarded ‘Kermode Awards’ at the weekend – an alternate take on the Oscars by film critic Mark Kermode.
In the mock awards ceremony on The Culture Show on BBC2, Riley was honoured as Best Actor for his portrayal of Joy Division’s Ian Curtis in the film Control. Kermode said “As someone who didn’t even like Joy Division, it gives me unknown pleasure to hand this award to Sam Riley.” |
