 R Kelly The singer's attorneys have petitioned a Chicago court for another postponement of the long-awaited trial of the R&B superstar.
R Kelly's team filed a motion yesterday saying "a torrent of publicity" has surrounded the case, and appealed for a postponement in order for Kelly to have a fair trial.
The motion refers to a recent decision by Judge Vincent Gaughan to allow testimony from a woman who says she had a sexual encounter with Kelly and the underage girl in the child pornography video at the root of the case. |

 DMX DMX was arrested after speed-enforcement cameras captured him in his bright yellow 1966 Chevrolet going 114 mph on a suburban Phoenix freeway.
The rapper/actor was taken into custody Tuesday at his North Phoenix home without incident, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said Wednesday. He posted bond and was released.
DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was booked on charges of criminal speeding, public endangerment, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license. |
